Mission 300, a bold initiative led by the World Bank Group and African Development Bank, aims to bring sustainable electricity access to 300 million Africans by 2030 through African leadership, low-cost financing, and an unprecedented level of global collaboration. The government of the United Republic of Tanzania is committed to ensuring reliable, affordable, sustainable, inclusive, and clean energy for all. This National Energy Compact serves as a roadmap to accelerate the pace of access to energy toward that goal. One of the measures to achieve this is to expand electricity connectivity to an additional 8.3 million households by 2030, raising the national electricity connectivity rate from 46 percent in 2022 to 75 percent in 2030. We are glad for the trust extended to us by the Government of Union Republic of Tanzania through Tanesco. We deserve this and we will make sure the objectives are achieved.

Oil Mist Separators are used for reducing emissions from crankcase gases. It reduces up to 99.9% of oil from crankcase oil by separating it from gases and circulate back to engine sump and used again for engine lubrication. If not separated from crankcase gases, this oil will cause oil emission to the environment. 45MW Tegeta Plant, owned by TANESCO has 5 generating sets which produce 45 MW, these separators will be installed in all five genering sets.
